- Dies sit on a granite base at least 8 in high [20.3 cm] with a 3 in [7.6 cm] border exposed on all sides; base bottoms smooth sawn; no base closer than 3 in to the lot side lines.
- Monuments go at the centre of the head end of the lot (location approved by the Superintendent), cannot be back-to-back, and cannot contain niches or drawers.
- Flat markers: single lot 18 x 24 in, double lot 18 x 48 in, cremation lot 12 x 12 in; Row M cremation sub lots (Lots 80-106) 24 x 18 in granite, 4 in thick.
- One footstone (max 12 x 8 in) may be added at the end of the lot farthest from the monument. Flat-marker-only lots unless designated a monument section.

- Corner markers: granite, 6 in square and at least 6 in deep, set flush.
- Materials: bronze, granite or marble only. Up to two bronze or stainless steel vases may be centred on the end(s) of a monument base.
- The cemetery builds all foundations (at least 48 in deep, also 48 in for book/pillow markers) at the rights holder's expense; none are built between November 1 and April 1.

- Only cemetery staff may set flat markers. Memorial trees and granite benches can be bought through the cemetery.
