Straight after paying you choose how your plaque is designed: pick one of our templates and add your photo, have our designer create it from your description, send us a finished design of your own, or lay it out yourself in our online designer. The link is also in your order email, so you can come back to it later.
We then email you a proof within 3 business day. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
