Diane Helen Pizzey

Diane Helen Pizzey was born on October 19, 1950, and died on August 15, 2026, at the age of 75. She was predeceased by her parents, Helen and Larry, and her brothers, Lacey and Bob. She is survived by her husband Joe; her daughter Sara (John Aranyosi) and granddaughter Ella; her siblings Charlene Embling, Debbie Schermerhorn (Ray) of Brantford, Larry, Glenn and C. Dee Dee; her siblings‑in‑law Bob Pizzey (late Donna) and Cam Pizzey (Sherry); and her pet Ollie, as well as numerous friends, nieces, nephews, great‑nieces and great‑nephews. Visitation was held on August 19, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on August 20, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King St., Burford, ON. A funeral service followed on August 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with a reception thereafter until 1:45 p.m., at the same location. The family requests donations to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
