Betty-Jean Smith

Betty-Jean Smith, born on December 9, 1945, in Woodstock, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 80. She is survived by her loving husband, David Smith, and her children, Joseph (Shirley) and Darlene. Betty-Jean is also remembered by her brother, Norman Haynes (Brenda), and her cherished grandchildren, Conner, Eathan, and Quinn. She was predeceased by her parents, Norman Haynes and Myrna Marchment, as well as her siblings, Heather Drysdale and Daniel Haynes. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty-Jean's memory to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 190-Norwich or the Salvation Army-Norwich Community Services. Her legacy of kindness and connection will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
