Augustine Paul Kent

Augustine Paul Kent of Woodstock, Ontario, passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on April 2, 1941, he is remembered fondly by family and friends. Augustine was predeceased by his parents, William and Lillian Kent (Whelan), his grandson Jeremiah, and siblings Bill, Reginald (Bernadette), Don (Lois), and Lillian (Warren), along with several in-laws and a nephew. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Kent; children Jodie Grondin (Benoit), Jeffrey (Gaynor), and Curtis (Tanya); and grandchildren Jordan, Jacob, Megan (Adi), Owen (Zoe), Augie, Emmett, Mikayla, and Electra. He also leaves behind siblings Rita, Bernard, Annette (Wayne), Helen (Doug), Rawlins (Jacquie), and Marina, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation will take place on September 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Brock & Visser Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of life on September 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Memorial donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Gus's memory.
