Walter YAWORSKY

Walter Yaworsky passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, at the age of 91, in Windsor. Born on September 22, 1934, to Michael Yaworsky and Julia Yaworsky (nee Martyniuk), he is survived by his wife and friend Gloria (nee Guy), with whom he shared 61 years of marriage, and their sons Dr. Paul Yaworsky of Boston, MA, and Andrew Yaworsky (Nancy McGuire) of Livonia, MI. He is also survived by his brother Dr. Raymond Yaworsky (Maxcyne) of Ogden, UT, and sisters Uliana of Mississauga, ON, Olly Doran (Brian) of Toronto, and Christine McNeill (Dennis) of Matheson, ON, as well as sister-in-law Carol Minchew of Scottsdale, AZ. Walter was predeceased by his brothers-in-law Paul Guy of Tacoma, WA, and Weldon Minchew of Scottsdale, AZ. Many cousins, nieces, and nephews from the Yaworsky, Martyniuk, Guy, Hemsley, and Clarke families will remember him. Family and friends will be received at Families First South Windsor on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and again on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. until the Funeral Services begin at 11 a.m.
