Vincenzo Commisso

Vincenzo Commisso of Windsor, Ontario, passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on October 1, 1947, Vincenzo was surrounded by family and friends throughout his life. He is survived by his beloved wife, Concetta; his children, Teresa (Kevin), Cathy, and Fortunato (Dayna); and his grandchild, Massimo. He also leaves behind his siblings, Carolina (Mimmo), Concetta (Giuseppe), Caterina (Angelo), Giuseppe (Antonella), Rocco (Teresa), and Franco; his parents, Fortunato Teresa and Immacolata; as well as his siblings-in-law, Jack, Pina (Phillip), Joanne, Franca, and Rosie. Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel South, located at 3048 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S4. A prayer service will be held on the same day from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel South Chapel. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Angela Merici Church, located at 980 Louis Ave, Windsor, ON N9A1X9. Following the Mass, an entombment will take place at 12:00 PM at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, located at 5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9. Flowers are welcome.
