Vasilios Papadimitriou

Vasilios Papadimitriou of Windsor, Ontario, passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on March 24, 1942, he is fondly remembered by his family and friends. Vasilios was predeceased by his parents, Dimitri and Sevasti Papadimitriou. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dorothea (Karasavas), and their children: Evie, Seva (Chris), Debbie, Jimmy (Denice), Vienna, Billy, Victoria, and Sophia. He also leaves behind his siblings, Elpida (late Apostolos), George (Maria), and Chris (Anna), along with his sibling-in-law, Savvas Karasavas. Visitation took place on September 8, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Windsor Chapel, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, followed by burial at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Donations in his memory to the Renal Program/Dialysis Unit at Windsor Regional Hospital or Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church are appreciated.
