Raymond Denis Guillet (Ray)

Raymond Denis Guillet (Ray) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on February 22, 1941, in Domremy, Saskatchewan, Ray moved to Ontario with his family at the age of two and settled in Schreiber. He spent his teaching career in various roles, including Vice Principal and Principal, and was an active member of the Teachers' Federation. Ray is survived by his devoted wife, Margaret, to whom he was married for 58 years, his brother Lawrence (DeNeille), sister Jocelyn Reynolds (Doug), and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Cremation has taken place, and at Ray's request, there will be no memorial events. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Ontario Health at Home, St. Elizabeth Nursing Care, V.O.N., Paramed Services, and Hospice Palliative in Home Service for their exceptional care.
