Peter Stewart

Peter Stewart of Windsor, Ontario, passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on January 28, 1936, Peter was a beloved husband to Margaret and a devoted father to his children, Martha (Rob), Peter (Alison), David (Catharine), and Matthew (Michelle). He took great joy in his role as a grandfather to Eric, Andrew (Lauren), Sara (Julian), Liam (Chloe), Riley, Malcom, and Nathan, as well as a great-grandfather to Emily, Forest, and Nella. Visitation will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, located at 1921 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, ON N9G1C7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gethsemane Lutheran Church or the Diabetes Foundation of Canada.
