Paul William Alexander Papp
Paul William Alexander Papp passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2026, at the age of 55. He was the son of the late George and RoseMary Papp and the brother of George, Connie, Elizabeth, Andrew, Michael, and Olga. He is survived by his nieces and nephews George, Nicholas, Ryan, Sophia, Michael, and Christian, as well as cousins Ildiko and Laszlo Puscas. Paul received long‑term support from Community Living Windsor, where he formed close relationships. The family expressed gratitude to the ICU team at Windsor Regional Hospital – Met Campus, including Dr. Hassan Masri, Dr. Eli Malus, and the nursing staff, for their compassionate care. Known for his humor, smile, and warmth, Paul enjoyed daily rides, tea, bowling, swimming, sporting events, bus rides, park walks, and outdoor activities, as well as quiet time in his backyard. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Good Shepherd Church, 462 Advance Blvd, Tecumseh, Ontario, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. and the service at 11 a.m. He will be interred at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
