Maurice Jean Campeau

Maurice Jean Campeau of Windsor, Ontario, passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his parents, Archille and Emilee Campeau (Beausoleil), as well as his siblings: Alec (Shirley), Eugene (Loretta), Leonard (Theresa), Josephine Wilder (Stanley), Felix (Bernice), Charles, Cecile Leboeuf (Adrien), Henriette Ruggaber (Gord), Denis (Sylvia), and Joanne Begin, along with brothers-in-law Lawrence Dame (Kay), Don Dame, and Jim Dame. Maurice is survived by his wife, Rosemary Dame, and their children: Debby McConnell (Morgan), Randy, Annette Hanson (Dave), Sandra Burleigh, John (Karen), Tom, Yvette LeJeune (James), and Tammy Paquette (Mark). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Isabelle Lesperance (late Clarence), Beatrice Caza (late Larry), and Pam Nighswander (Tim). Visitation will take place on October 7, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with a prayer service from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Banwell Chapel. A funeral Mass will be held on October 8, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Good Shepherd Parish. Memorial donations to Hospice of Windsor and Essex County are appreciated.
