Marlene Marie (née Racine) TAYLOR

Marlene Marie Taylor, née Racine, died peacefully at the Waterloo Regional Health Network in Chicopee, Kitchener, on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the age of 88. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Ernest Taylor (deceased 2023) and a devoted mother to Cheryl Snider (married to Barry Snider), Jeff Taylor (married to Jen Salzman), and Kelly Taylor (married to Kim Attwell-Taylor). Marlene was a cherished grandmother to Tori (partner Jay), Aaron, Brooke, Madison (partner Ryan), Sean, and Emily (partner Ethan), and a great‑grandmother to John and Caleb. She is survived by her sisters June Brooker, Ross Racine, and Dennis Racine. Predeceased were her parents Olive and Ernest Racine, her siblings Doug Racine (married to Lorrie), Richard Racine (married to Charlain), her son Kelly Taylor, and grandson Cameron Taylor. A private remembrance was held by the family following cremation, and interment will occur later at Williamsburg Cemetery.
