Maria Di Franco

Maria Luigia (Gina) Di Franco passed away on June 29, 2026, at the age of 89, at Village of St. Clair. She was predeceased by her parents Erminio and Rosangela Badia, her brother Pietrino, and her loving husband Luigi. Maria is survived by her children Giuseppe and his wife Vincenzina, Marcello, and Fernando and his wife Gina. She is also survived by her grandchildren Mark and his wife Stephanie, Christopher, Michael and his wife Cecilia, Lisa and her husband Nelson, Erica, Anthony and his wife Dané, and Michaela and her husband Ellio, as well as her great-grandchildren Catalina, Zoe, Veronica, and Xavier. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Village of St. Clair Long Term Care for their care and compassion. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Visitation will be held on July 5, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Families First South Windsor, with prayers at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on July 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Angela Merici Church, followed by entombment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
