Lionel Adelard Demers

Lionel Adelard Demers of Windsor, Ontario, passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 102. He was predeceased by his parents, Vital and Gracianna Demers (LaBrecque), and his son Duane (Jo). Lionel is survived by his sisters Jeanne and Rita, as well as his daughter Christine (David) and her children Matthew, Michelle, Robert, Nicole, Kaitlin, and Greg. He is also survived by his daughter Karen (Mike) and their children Jessica, Luke, Sam, Monica, and Laura; his son Barry (Dana) and granddaughter Holly; his son Timothy (Susan) and their children Sarah, Thomas, Jamie, and Kelly; his son Brian (Mian) and their children Ocean, Quentin, Morgan, and Jade; his sister Emily; and his daughter Janet (Don). Visitation will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Families First, followed by a celebration of life at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Junior Achievement Canada.
