John Radislav SLEZIAK passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026, at the age of 93. He is survived by his beloved wife Annie, his life partner of 70 years, and their children John, Alena, and Darina. He is also survived by his grandchildren Michael, Kathryn, Lauren, Melissa, Eillish, Shea, step-grandchildren Meaghan, Steven, James, Alexandra, and great-granddaughters Zoey, Audrey, and Ayla. John was predeceased by his parents Martin and Eva, sisters Annie Zelenak, Mary Seckar, and Margaret Glaser, and brother-in-law Stephen Chopchik. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Charles Glaser, Leita Vines, Larry Chopchik, Diane Day, and many nieces and nephews.
