John Canto

John Canto of Windsor, Ontario, was born on March 4, 1954, and died on August 21, 2026, at the age of 72. He was predeceased by his parents, Ramiro and Mariana Josefa. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Do Canto; his children, Anna Canto and George Canto; and his siblings, Ramiro Canto, George Canto, Fernando Canto, Manuel Canto, Marylou Wyndham, Mariazinha Markes, and Ana El-Hello. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at the Janisse Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4K1, from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Families may send flowers or leave condolences on the memorial page.
