Joan Barbara (nee Berthiaume) Belanger

Joan Barbara Belanger (nee Berthiaume) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026, at the age of 81. She is reunited with her beloved husband, Donald J. Belanger, and her dear son, Armand Belanger. Joan was the much loved mother of David Belanger and Carrie Belanger (Denis Villemaire) and daughter-in-law Jennifer Belanger. She was a cherished grandmother of Whitney, Donald, Samantha (Adam), Jacob, Kayla (Peter), and many great-grandchildren. Joan was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Elizabeth Berthiaume, and her brother-in-law Gary Ryan. She is the dear sister of Carol Ryan. Joan will also be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. As per her wishes, cremation was held. A Latin Memorial Mass will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Name of Mary Church, 681 McEwan Ave, Windsor, ON. If desired, donations in Joan's memory may be made to the Windsor Downtown Mission. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Cremation First (Tecumseh).
