Evelyn Rita (nee Stocco) MCKENZIE

Evelyn Rita MCKENZIE (nee Stocco) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on May 3, 2026, at the age of 89. She was the beloved wife of over 69 years to her devoted husband Michael. Evelyn was the loving mother to Kevin (Christine), Erin (Joe Mammarella), Shellie (predeceased by Ed Polewski), Lisa (Frank Harshaw), Lori McKenzie (Bob Bloxam), and Brian (Christine). She was a cherished grandmother to 14 grandchildren and a proud great-grandmother to 13 great-grandchildren. Evelyn was the dear sister of Douglas (Kathy Stocco), and sister-in-law to Tiziana, Jim (Catherine), Bill, and Brian (Barbara). She was predeceased by her parents, Rudolpho and Italia Stocco (Innocente), siblings Velma (Gus), Dino (Bea), Roger, Raymond, and sisters-in-law Betty and Sharon McKenzie. As per Evelyn's wishes, cremation has taken place. A family celebration of her life will take place in June. Donations to the Downtown Mission or Brentwood Recovery Home would be greatly appreciated.
