Elizabeth Niobe (nee Bauschmann) GOLDMAN

Elizabeth Niobe Goldman (nee Bauschmann) passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the age of 98, at Regency Park Place. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Gunther Goldman (2008), to whom she was married for 61 years. Elizabeth is survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States. Born in Germany, Elizabeth immigrated to Canada in 1953 and had a successful career as a banker and a lodge owner on the French River. She was a resident of Amherstburg for 38 years and Windsor for 2 years. At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place, and a private graveside service at Rosehill Cemetery will take place at a later date. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Regency Park Place and Amy's Helping Hands for the compassionate care provided to Elizabeth. Arrangements are entrusted to Families First Amherstburg.
