Durdinka Dobanovacki (Georgina)

Georgina Dobanovacki, née Kostic, passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 81. Born in Nadalj, Serbia, she made her home in Windsor, Ontario, where she built a life centered on family and friendship. Predeceased by her husband Wally Pecaski, Georgina is survived by her daughters Maria Dobanovacki and Nada Burton, stepson Mike Pecaski, and grandchildren Alexis Burton, Tyler Burton, and Kaitlyn Pecaski. A dedicated employee of General Motors for 21 years, Georgina was a woman of remarkable energy who loved staying active. She found joy in her family, music, and travel. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life during visitation at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home on July 29, with a private burial on July 30.
