Carolyn Jane Foley

Carolyn Jane Foley passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 45, in Midland, Michigan, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on May 26, 1980, in Windsor, Ontario, she was the beloved wife of David Ewoldt for nearly 15 years and the loving mother of Penelope and William Ewoldt. Carolyn was the youngest child of Larry and Kathy Foley of Amherstburg, Ontario, and a dear daughter-in-law of Don and Katie Ewoldt of Indiana. She is survived by her siblings, Nancy Romsa and her husband Jonathan of London, Ontario, Scott Foley of Amherstburg, and Drew Foley and his wife Jennifer of LaSalle, Ontario. Carolyn was predeceased by her brother Peter Foley, her grandparents Ken and Lily Learmonth, and Ken Foley. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Cillian and Aevlyn Foley, Madeline and Alexander Romsa, Jacob Ewoldt, and Grayson and Logan Francoeur.
