Brian Joseph Peter BANNON

Brian Joseph Peter Bannon passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 76. He was born on December 7, 1949, in Kitchener, Ontario, to Joseph and Margaret Bannon. Brian was a graduate of the University of Toronto and had a career in journalism, working as a reporter for several newspaper organizations, most notably the Windsor Star. He married Nadia Prystanski in 1981 and together they shared a love of travel, visiting Europe more than 50 times, as well as destinations across Australia, Asia, Canada, and the United States. Brian was predeceased by his wife Nadia and is survived by his sister Maureen McCormick and her husband Ron, and his brothers Peter and his wife Jeni, and Paul and his wife Laurie. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simple Choice Cremation.
