Anna Gertsakis

Anna Gertsakis passed away on May 29, 2026, at the age of 84. She is reunited with her loving husband, Kosta Gertsakis, who predeceased her in 2024. Anna was the devoted mom of Larry Gertsakis and his wife Joanne, and the late Michael Gertsakis, who predeceased her in 1998. She was the proud Baba of Mark Gertsakis and his wife Megan, Bobby Gertsakis and his wife Sarah, and Stephanie Sundry and her husband Lukas. Anna was also the Great-Baba of Theodore, Penelope, Elliot, and Margot. She is the dear sister of the late Reekla and her husband Vasilios, the late Constantina and her husband Branko, and the late Vangeli and his wife Marika. Anna is also the loved sister-in-law of George and his wife Joyce, Tom and his wife Patricia, and Johnny and his wife Soula. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Anna worked at General Motors Trim Plant for 23 years and volunteered her time for Meals on Wheels in the Windsor area for over 20 years. If desired, donations to Meals on Wheels-Windsor Chapter would be appreciated by the family. A private family service has taken place, and burial was at Windsor Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were entrusted to Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.
