Manuela Marinescu

Manuela Marinescu, born in Baia Mare, Romania, passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 61. She built a distinguished career as a software and instrumentation engineer, working first in Constanța and Cluj before joining Ontario Power Generation, where she served for 17 years and earned the respect of her colleagues. Manuela was a devoted wife and mother; she is survived by her husband and her son. Her interests included flowers, skiing, and spending time in nature. A private family remembrance was planned by her loved ones.
