Lisa Lorraine Mallette

Lisa Lorraine Mallette passed away on December 31, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Kincardine and raised in Sarnia, Lisa resided in Peterborough and Whitby, Ontario, for most of her adult life. She was the daughter of Judy and the late Raymond Mallette, and sister to Tony and Michael. Lisa was a devoted partner to Robert Hunt and a proud and loving mom to Ashley Smith Murney and Brad Smith. She also embraced Rob's family as her own, including Rachael Brough, Miles, Jason Hunt, Valerie Hunt, Tony and Denise, Megan, Matthew, Val, and Les. Lisa was predeceased by Rob's father David and his brother Mitchell. She is survived by her children, her partner, and her siblings, as well as her 'fur family' including Levi, Stella, Waylon, Eddie, Owen, and Ember. A Celebration of Lisa's Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested.
