Leanne Elizabeth McEachen

Leanne Elizabeth McEachen of Whitby, Ontario, died on July 27, 2026, at the age of 60. She was the daughter of Bryan and Diane McEachen and was survived by her siblings Paul (married to Stephanie) and Maryellen (married to Brian), as well as her sister Laura and cousin Mel. Her nieces and nephews include Sydney (son of Lucas), Reagan, James (married to Danielle) and Rachel (married to Greg); she was also survived by great‑niece Hannah, great‑nephew Adam, and her sibling Ice Capades. Leanne was a pet owner of a dog named Buddy. Visitation was held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King St W, Oshawa, ON L1J 2L4. A funeral Mass followed on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 903 Giffard St, Whitby, ON L1N 2S3. The family requests donations in her memory to the Whitby Abilities Centre rather than flowers.
