Bill FUTHER

Bill Futher passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Elayne Futher for 59 years. Bill is survived by his children, Trevor, Troy, and Todd, as well as his grandchildren, Ty, Hailey, Adam, Cole, Anna, and Jack. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, George Lorentz, and his family, as well as his sister-in-law, Betty Futher, and her family. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Milton 'Pat' Futher and Eileen, and his brothers, Ronald and Jerome Futher. Bill was a former co-owner of the Futher Brothers Funeral Home and Furniture Store in Wellesley. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends at his cottage at Sauble Beach and was a member of the Wellesley Lions Club. Family and friends may call at the Futher-Franklin Funeral Home, with parish prayers being held on Thursday at 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Clement Roman Catholic Church on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 10 a.m., followed by interment at St. Clements Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the St. Clement Parish Building Fund would be appreciated.
