Shari Lynn Chapple

Shari Lynn Chapple passed away on August 20, 2026, at the Welland Hospital, surrounded by her family. Recently celebrating her 60th birthday, Shari was known for her vibrant spirit, love for music—especially Def Leppard—and her unwavering pride in the Buffalo Bills. She was a beloved daughter of June (Ron) Huffman and Gary Ashenden (predeceased by Nancy), a devoted mother to Preston (Lindsey) and Melissa, and a proud grandmother to Axton. Shari was also a cherished sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Cremation has taken place, and arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services in Welland. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced. Shari will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
