Roxanne Sinclair

The family of Roxanne Sinclair announces her passing on September 18, 2026. Born on April 13, 1955, Roxanne was a cherished member of her community in Welland, Ontario. She is predeceased by her husband, Barry, and is survived by her brothers, Richard and Paul Hicks. Roxanne will be remembered for the joy she brought to those around her and the meaningful connections she fostered throughout her life. Friends and family are invited to honor her memory by reflecting on the shared experiences that enriched their lives. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, located at 29 Bald St, Welland, ON L3C5B7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.
