Mary PODREBARAC

Mary Podrebarac passed away peacefully on June 4, 2026, at the age of 102. She is reunited with her husband Louis, who predeceased her in 2005, to whom she was married for 60 years. Mary is survived by her children, Richard and Elizabeth Podrebarac, Nancy and Richard Chehowski, and the late Michael Podrebarac. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andrea Williamson and her husband Jon, Michael Podrebarac, Allison Baker and her husband Landon, Robin Renwick and her husband Chris, Caitlin Cirocco and her husband Kevin, and Trent Podrebarac and his wife Macy, as well as her great-grandchildren, Christian, JP, Bennett, Emma, Ava, Oliver, Callie, and Keira. The Podrebarac family will receive family and friends at J.J. Patterson Funeral Home, 19 Young Street, Welland, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, with vigil prayers to be conducted at 5:00 p.m. A funeral service in celebration of Mary's life will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 360 River Road, Welland, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to either the Niagara Health Foundation or St. Anthony Catholic Church.
