Irene (née Chenier) VINCELETTE

Irene Vincelette (née Chenier) passed away on August 28, 2026, at Woodlands of Sunset, at the age of 82. She was the beloved wife of Gerard Vincelette and a devoted mother to Richard (Gail), Nicole (Roger), and Carole (Doug). Irene will be deeply missed by her grandchild, Stephen (Alyssa), as well as her dear friends Jacinthe, Toni, and Rose. She was predeceased by her parents, Aldege and Marion Chenier, her cherished son Denis, and her siblings. Irene enjoyed playing guitar, sewing, and spending quality time with her family. The family invites friends to celebrate her life at the Welland Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre, on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a chapel service to follow at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Hope Centre.
