Bryan Edward EDIE

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Bryan Edward Edie on August 19, 2026, at Rapelje Lodge in Welland, at the age of 79. He is now reunited with his parents, Colin and Dorothy, along with his brothers Reg and George, sister Linda, and lifelong friend Jim. Bryan was a devoted husband to Janice and a loving father to Tom (Kelly), Terri (Dave), and Geoff. He was also a cherished stepfather to Jamie, Carly, and Rob (Jen), and a beloved grandfather to Taylor (Clayton), Morgan (Tyler), Jeremy, and Jerred. He is remembered fondly by his brothers Glen and Jim, sisters Nancy and Kathy (Joe), and sister-in-law Liz. A farmer in his youth, Bryan retired as a welder from John Deere and later drove a taxi. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held on September 19, 2026, at The Dunnville Community Lifespan Centre. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
