Kathleen Jean Minielly-Schmieg (Jean)

Kathleen Jean Minielly-Schmieg, fondly known as Jean, passed away peacefully with her husband, Joseph 'Joe' Phillip Schmieg, by her side on March 7, 2026, at the age of 79, at Sayre Health Care Centre in Wyalusing, PA. Jean was born on November 6, 1946, in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, to Kathleen Barbara 'Barb' (née Brooks) and Frederick 'Fred' Duncan Hannah. She is survived by her husband, Joseph 'Joe' Phillip Schmieg. The funeral arrangements are under the care of Blauvelt Funeral Home.
