William Wayne Palmer of Waterloo, Ontario, passed away on October 6, 2026. He was predeceased by his parents, William Claude (Roly) and Dorothea Ellen Palmer (O'Connell), his sister Catherine "Cathy" Pedley (Palmer), and his niece Holly Ann Catherwood (Thibeau). William is survived by his wife, Irene Palmer; his sons, Gratton, Mathew, Shawn, and Jarrod Palmer; his sister, Carol Ann Thibeau (Palmer); his brother-in-law, Jimmy Pedley; his niece, Melissa Pedley; his grandchildren, Logan Daly (Samantha Jackson), Mackenzie Hibbs, Quinn, Luke Robertson, and Everett Daly; and his pet, Camilla. He is also survived by additional grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, Heart & Stroke, and the Food Bank of Waterloo Region.
