Ross Frederick Hertzberger

Ross Frederick Hertzberger passed away peacefully at his home in Waterloo on July 5, 2026, at the age of 94, surrounded by his wife Shirley and their dog, Mocha. Born on May 19, 1932, in Waterloo, Ross is survived by his wife Shirley, whom he married on September 20, 1957, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents William and Laura Hertzberger, and his 10 siblings. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family interment will be held at Parkview Cemetery. The family expresses their gratitude to Dr. Robyn Sambrook, Dr. Dawn Yew, and Care Partners for their care and support. Donations may be made to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, and arrangements have been entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home.
