Robert Edwin WIFFEN

Robert Edwin Wiffen passed away peacefully at Waterloo Hospice on July 23, 2026, just shy of his 92nd birthday, with his loving wife Amy by his side. Born in Toronto in 1934 to Edwin and Amy Wiffen, Bob built a 40-year career with IBM, earning numerous awards for his dedication. He and Amy, who met in 1949, were married for 69 years and had three children, David, Ward, and Diana. Bob was a proud grandfather to Zack and was predeceased by his parents, siblings Barbara, Lewis, and Joan, as well as Amy's parents and siblings. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sharp intelligence, and sense of humour, and for his generous contributions to his community through various volunteer work and hobbies, including singing in a barbershop quartet and playing tennis. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Erb & Good Family Funeral Home Ltd.
