Richard Oliver Trussler

Richard Oliver Trussler of Waterloo, Ontario, passed away on August 5, 2026. He was predeceased by his former wife Carol Trussler and his stepdaughter Linda Rittinger (Mike). He is survived by his wife Shirley Kuehl, his daughter Thea Trussler, his sister Andrea Smythe (late Don), his stepdaughter Judy Thompson (Warren), and his friend Dennis Harlock (late Maureen). Visitation was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St S, Waterloo, ON. The funeral service took place the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the same funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests condolences or donations to St. Francis of Assisi Church (Kitcher n), the Alzheimer’s Society, or a charity of the donor’s choice, which may be arranged through the funeral home.
