Nancy Jean (Roberts) Lackner

The family of Nancy Jean (Roberts) Lackner of Waterloo, Ontario, announces her passing on October 22, 2026. Nancy is survived by her children, Allison Grierson (Derek), David Lackner (Tina), and Colin Lackner (Tracy), as well as her grandchildren, Alex Grierson (Lindsey), Eric Grierson (Brianna), Braelynn Lackner (Jeddah), Davyn Lackner, Keeva Lackner, Joshua Lackner (Sarah), Jayden Lackner (Zoey), and Lauren Lackner (Keegan). She is also remembered by her former son-in-law, Carey Grierson; her nieces, Debbie O'Sullivan (Mike) and Sarah Roberts (Roger Deveau); her nephew, Todd Roberts (Amanda); her sister-in-law, Carol Roberts (wife of the late John Roberts); her cousin, Jan Williams; the father of her children, Dr. John Lackner; her parents, Donald and Jean Roberts; her brothers, Don Roberts (Arleigh) and John Roberts; and the children of her nieces and nephews, Ryan, Lauren, Olivia, and Brady. Nancy was cared for by her health care providers, Dr. Divyesh Patel and Dr. Lois McLaughlin, and she leaves behind many friends and great-grandchildren.
