Mary Nora PYCHEL

Mary Nora Pychel passed away on February 28, 2026, at the age of 96. Born in Cambridge (Galt) on March 14, 1930, she was the loving wife of Joe Pychel, who predeceased her in 2009. Mary is survived by her children, Lynn Walker and Brian Pychel (Lisa), cherished grandmother of Erin (Steven), Brad (Olivia), Deanna (Chris), Ashley (Paul), Robert, Michael (Chloé), and great-granddaughter, Ava. She is also survived by her niece, Marie Ostrowski (Richard), and great-niece, Lauren (Alex). Mary worked as a Material Control Supervisor at Electrohome in Kitchener for many years before her retirement. She was a devoted member of her Friday Night Mixed League team at Waterloo Bowling Lanes and enjoyed golfing with her husband, friends, and family at Rockway Golf Club. Mary will be remembered for her gift of bringing people together and her love of cooking traditional Ukrainian cuisine. Funeral arrangements are not specified.
