Mary Agnes Fernando

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Agnes Fernando of Waterloo, Ontario, who departed this life on September 19, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on June 13, 1931, Mary Agnes was a beloved member of her family, cherished by her parents, Thomas Olivelle and English, her husband Herbert Fernando, and her children, Aggie (Mary), Joseph, Mary, and Shanti. She is also survived by her siblings, Rita, Kingsley, Patrick, Pearly, Joe, Anthony, and Freddy. A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home - Fireside Reception Room, located at 171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the K-W Multicultural Centre or UNICEF, arranged through the funeral home.
