Marion Patricia LUDWIG
Marion Patricia Ludwig passed away peacefully with her family by her side at St. Mary's Hospital on April 28, 2026, at the age of 92. She will be dearly missed by her children Cathy (Rick), Tom (Karen), Patty (Tony), Sandy (Rick), and Penny (Gord); her grandchildren Nicole (Chris), Chad (Natalia), Sarah (James), Jenni (Milan), Jamie (Carlee), Katie (Bart), Haley (Mike), and Sammy; and her ten great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas in 2000, her parents Harry and Mary Woods (nee Nichols), and her younger brother Tommy (in infancy). The family is grateful for the compassionate care provided by the medical staff at St. Mary's Hospital and for the guidance and support provided by her grandson Chad and his wife Natalia. Visitation will take place at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home in Waterloo on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 11 a.m. until 11:45 a.m., followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 12 p.m. and a reception in the Fireside Reception Room. A private family interment will take place at Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, condolences for the family or donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation may be arranged through the funeral home.
