John Reginald May

John Reginald May, known to family and friends as Reg, passed away peacefully at home on February 1, 2026, at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Helen May and devoted father to Lana and Darrell. Reg was predeceased by his parents, Lois and Joseph May. He is survived by his loving sisters, Emma and Lorna; his brothers, Bobby, Alban, Howard, Johnny, Joe, and Doug; his children, Lana and Darrell; and his grandchildren, Claudia, Ashley, Naomi, and Abby. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Reg grew up in Tracadie Cross, Prince Edward Island, and later raised his family in Hamilton, Ontario, before retiring in Waterloo, Ontario. Reg had a career as a truck driver and later drove a school bus in Waterloo. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
