Janaky "Jane" VENUGOPAL

Jane Venugopal passed away peacefully at home on August 16, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Venu, who died on August 25, 2007. Survivors include her daughter Anita, son-in-law Jay, and their daughters Kahli and Deeya; her son Anil, daughter-in-law Ashvini, and their son Aarin. She is also remembered by her beloved granddogs Nisha, Shia, and Sofia, as well as extended family and friends across North America and India. Jane immigrated to Canada and worked as a registered nurse. She enjoyed travel with Venu, cooking for family and friends, and playing mahjong, though she prized time with her grandchildren most. Over the past two years, she was especially grateful for the support of her son-in-law Jay, who assisted with daily tasks. The family acknowledges the care provided by her physicians and the support staff from Paramed.
