James Charles Thompson passed away on June 6, 2026, at the age of 89. A resident of Waterloo, Ontario, he will be celebrated at a funeral service held at Barthel Funeral Home in Cambridge on June 12. The service will take place at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel, followed by burial at Parklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson Canada in James' memory.
