James Charles Thompson, aged 89, of Waterloo, Ontario, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026. His life will be honored on Friday, June 12, at Barthel Funeral Home, located at 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge. A funeral service is scheduled to take place in the chapel at 1:00 p.m., followed by burial at Parklawn Cemetery.
