James Armitage

James Armitage of Waterloo, Ontario, passed away on September 19, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, Marion, his brother Richard (Claire), and his sister-in-law Gladys VanArkadie. James is also remembered by his nephew Reginald, his nieces Judith and Leah, his nephew Christopher, and his great-niece Lily. He was predeceased by his sister Susan Sherry and his brothers-in-law Ron Sherry and Lloyd Jacques (Linda). Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, located at 171 King St S, Waterloo, ON. A funeral service will follow on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Trillium Lutheran Church, 22 Willow St, Waterloo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trillium Lutheran Church, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
