Gregory Patrick Weiler
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gregory Patrick Weiler of Waterloo, Ontario. Gregory was born on May 20, 1958, and he departed this life on October 8, 2026. He is remembered by family, friends, and acquaintances for his warmth and thoughtfulness, and the moments shared with him will be cherished. Gregory's influence on those around him will not be forgotten, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his loved ones. He was predeceased by his parents, Catherine Weiler and Patrick Weiler. Gregory is survived by his wife, Cindy; his children, David (Alyson Murphy), Jennifer of Columbia's Sunshine Coast, and Ben; his brothers, Richard and Peter; and his sister-in-law, Gail (John). He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, extended family, and many dear friends. A memorial gathering will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Timber Room at Grey Silo Golf Club, located at 2001 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K4K4. A celebration of life will follow at 2:00 PM at the same venue. Condolences may be shared with the family, and donations may be made to Hospice Waterloo Region, the Canadian Cancer Society in support of pancreatic cancer research, or a charity of your choice.
