Zemira SIMEONE

Zemira Simeone passed away peacefully on Friday, April 3, 2026, at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of Domenico Simeone, predeceased in 2013. Zemira was the loved mother of Tony, predeceased, and his wife Janet, Bruno, Lucy and her husband Dennis, and Marisa and her husband Don. She was a proud and loving Nonna of Jeff and his wife Fabia, Michael, Daniela and her husband Tim, Stephen and his wife Jacqui, Matthew and his wife Ida, Stephanie and her husband Jimmy, Jessica and her husband Richie, Christina, predeceased, Patricia, and Cassandra and her husband Chet, as well as twelve great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her sister Carmina Nardella and her husband Erasmo. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 13th at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Peace Mausoleum, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. A reception will be held in the funeral home Family Centre. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
