Janet Elaine Graham

Janet Elaine Graham passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 72. She was the beloved wife of Michael Tarjan for 36 years, a devoted and loving mother to Caroline, a cherished mother-in-law to Daniel DeSouza, and an adoring grandmother to Sebastian. Janet was predeceased by her mother, Barbara, and her father, Dr. Blake Graham. She graduated from Queen's University in 1975 and began her career as a nurse, later becoming a nursing instructor in British Columbia. In 1984, she earned her medical degree from McMaster University School of Medicine and served the Waterdown community as a deeply respected and much-loved family physician for over 30 years. Friends are invited to attend a visitation on April 15, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and a memorial service on April 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Kitching, Steepe & Ludwig Funeral Home. Donations to the Guelph Humane Society would be appreciated.
