Garry William ECKERT

Garry William Eckert passed away on May 27, 2026, at the age of 81, at Alexander Place Long Term Care in Waterdown. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Ann, who predeceased him in 2023, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage. Garry was a dedicated member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church and enjoyed serving with the Knights of Columbus for several years. He will be missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends, and neighbours as someone who gave his time, talents, and friendship to many. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., with a Funeral Mass to follow beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Thomas Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
